7. I understand that the management of Amazing Ty's site retain the right to deny or revoke my membership at any time for excessive usage or ANY other reason or usage deemed improper by the ownership, management or webmaster at AMAZINGTY.COM.
8. The use of downloading agents is prohibited and is cause for cancelling your account. Most members do not know how to use them so that they are no more a strain on the servers, than a person downloading manually. Instead 95 percent of their users set them for MAX download speed and in this mode they made dozens of requests for every file downloaded, causing massive strain on the site and creating a situation similar to a "Denial Of Service Attack" if there are several people using them at once, so this type of activity is PROHIBITTED! We block most downloading agents automatically, but if we catch you using them, we will disable your account until you agree not to use them again. If you use them again, we will permanently block your account with no refund for violating this agreement.
9. We do not sell or share your information with any other businesses other than what is required by law. No information is stored on our servers as required by VISA and Mastercard regulations. We do not spam or send you any kind of advertising. If you receive any spam that appears to be from us, please discard it immediately because, we do not send customers any kind of advertising, ever.
10. The owners and webmasters of this site will not be responsible for technical issues that are beyond our
control. You should expect that adverse situations will affect your ability to connect to
this site. Poor internet connections stemming from Your own machine, your ISP, the route
your connection takes, the equipment at our hosts data center and even mechanical/technical glitches
on this server can and will, at some point, affect your ability to connect to this website. Please understand
that we are committed to keeping downtime to a minimum, but sometimes things are beyond our control.
11. You will be required to provide good and accurate information when registering. Our system uses Address Verification
Systems. Obvious attempts to defraud my sign-up process will cause your credit card, e-mail address, IP address and name
to be entered into the negative database used by thousands of sites, which will make it very difficult for you to proceed
making further online purchases. So please strongly reconsider any attempt fraud, no matter how casual you feel it may be.
12. Due to us not automatically rebilling members, we have been forced to impose a 3 GIGABYTE PER DAY LIMIT on downloading in the member's area... this limit will be imposed from midnight PST (GMT -8) to midnight PST for any one day of your membership.... when you reach this limit you will no longer be able to download and will get an Autoguard error message from the server.
13. Gaining access and internet connectivity is the solely member's responsibility. There will not be any refunds made for your inability to access the site for whatever reason. Every passwords that we issue will work when it is issued. Your lack of understsanding about how to use them or your not being able to use them properly are not grounds for any compensation or refund of your membership charge. We will gladly work with you to teach you how to use your passwords or to help you reset your system to allow access, but because you do not understand how to use your passwords or your system is not functioning properly to allow access does not constitute lack of access to the site.
14. We make no claim that this site will work with your system and it's settings. While our servers will work with 99.9% of all systems, there are an infinite number of possible settings that you can have on your PC, in addition to numerous firewall and blocking programs. We make no guarantee that they will all work with our secure servers. It is the solely the member's responsibility to insure that their computer is properly set to access the site. We will do our best to assist you in getting the proper settings on your PC but we cannot be held responsible for troubleshooting all problems within your PC and there are never any refunds made for this reason.
